2. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or phone call.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a written confirmation (via WhatsApp or SMS) from our team.
• The guest must be 18 years or older to make a booking.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at the time of check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff, other guests and hotel property. Any damage caused to hotel property will be chargeable to the guest.

5. Pricing & Payments

• Room rates are communicated directly via WhatsApp or phone and confirmed at the time of booking.
• Payment can be made at the hotel during check-in or check-out, as agreed at the time of booking.
• Any applicable taxes will be communicated before confirmation.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

7. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses, trojans, or any other malicious material, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hotel Natraj, Sirsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sirsa, Haryana.
