• Free cancellation if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may be subject to a one-night retention charge.
• No-show bookings (where the guest does not arrive and has not cancelled) will be charged the full booking amount.

Bookings made under special offers, discounted rates, or non-refundable plans are not eligible for free cancellation. The applicable terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
